For smokers, to Stop Smoking is really a tough action to take. Majority of smokers want to quit smoking, but find it difficult to do so as nicotine is very addictive and hard to get rid off.

تشكل المراة الافريقية مانسبته اكثر من النصف لتعداد السكان في القارة الافريقية الا ان الارقام تشير الى تدني المستوى التعليمي والصحي والاقتصادي للمرأة الافريقية وكونها اكثر امراة في العالم في تحمل الاعباء القاسية وبخاصة في اعالة الاطفال في ظل غياب الزوج والمعيل بسبب الموت او الطلاق او الهجر ..
وتتزوج المراة في افريقيا اكثر من مره وتطلق اكثر من مره وتنجب اولاد كثر فمنهم من تعيل بين سبعة الى عشرة اطفال مايعني حالة من الفوضى الاجتماعية سببها غياب التشريعات والقوانين التي تنظم الحياة الاجتماعية او تمكن المراة في ان تعي نفسها وحقوقها كانسانة وكأم ومربية ..
ولعل التحدي الكبير الذي يواجه القارة الافريقية ويلقي بظلاله الثقيلة على المراة خصوصا هو مرض نقص المناعة المكتسبة الايدز حيث سجلت القارة السمراء اكثر من اربعة ملايين حالة وفاة بسبب المرض واكثر من اثنا عشر مليون طفل يتيم نتيجة وفاة احد الوالدين او كليهما ..
هذه الارقام المفزعة للايدز يقابلها وفيات اخرى بسبب الملاريا وحمى التيفوس وحمى النفاس والموت اثناء الانجاب للقاصرات خصوصا ولا تتوقف معاناة المراة الافريقية عند هذا الحد فقط فقضايا مثل الاغتصاب الجنسي والضرب القاسي والختان ودفع الفتيات القاصرات بالزواج من كبار السن كلها عوامل تولد انكسارات نفسية واحساس مزمن بالقهر ونظرة سوداوية للحياة
حملات منظمة الصحة العالمية ونشاطات المنظمات التي تعنى بحقوق المراة والطفل والاصوات المنادية بايقاف العنف ضد المراة عموما قد تساهم في انتشال المراة الافريقية من واقعها اليومي وتخلق صحوة عالمية تجاه المراة وثقافة بديلة للحروب الصراعات

WHO's campaigns and activities of organizations concerned with the rights of women, children and the voices to stop violence against women in general may contribute to the lifting of African women and their daily reality and create a global awakening towards women and the culture wars of alternative conflict

بينما اولادنا يأكلون وجبة واحدة ب-٢٠ دولار فقط وجبة واحدة
