مجاعة القرن الافريقي..فضيحة القرن 21

أعلنت الأمم المتحدة، أمس، أن مناطق شرق أفريقيا التي تعاني الجفاف والصراع تتجه إلى مجاعة مع تفاقم أزمة الطعام في منطقة القرن الإفريقي . وفي تقريره للدول التي ترسل مساعدات، قال مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية وهو مظلة للوكالات المختصة بالشؤون الإنسانية في الأمم المتحدة إنه “من المتوقع أن تزداد الأزمة في جنوب الصومال تفاقماً طوال عام 2011 مع سقوط كل مناطق الجنوب في براثن المجاعة” .
